BoneDaddy  »

Initially inspired by a scene in Tim Burton's film The Nightmare Before Christmas, Jason decided to create an ambient/experimental/gothic jazz project called BoneDaddy. In the mid to late 1990's Jason recorded an EP called The Evening Bag Collection which was never realeased. The Ep featured a cover of the song Kerosene originally by Big Black. Once intended to be a dark-ambient project inspired solely by nightmares, Jason paired up with Craig Pillard (Methadrone, Evoken) to create an emotionally stirring and experimental ambient project which has been described as "Disturbed Serenity". The duo is currently at work on their first album for this project called Sub-Current. Initiated in 2005 the two are now gravitating back toward the project which will also feature the beautifully demented vocal stylings of Tara VanFlower.
